Ranga has over 14 Yrs of business and technology experience with various Fortune 100 companies in USA. He has the overall responsibility for Onsite services and Account Management. Ranga has managed over 40 large Web Applications and Content Management projects for Media, Publishing, Retail, HealthCare, Intranet, Online Marketing, and Manufacturing verticals. He has extensive experience in closing deals in Web Applications and CMS for Direct Customers and Development Partners. He is an expert in implementing enterprise level Manual and Automated Testing solutions.
Prior to Ameex, for over 10 years he managed large QA, Regression and Performance automation test projects for Kemper Insurance Companies, Lincoln Financials, Caremark (leader in mail and online prescription services) and Sears Online in USA. He is a Certified Software Product Specialist (Mercury Test Suites, LoadRunner, CSTE, Rational Robot, etc.). During the economic recession, Ranga trained many displaced IT workers in QA and helped them get back to work in QA and automated testing discipline.
Ranga is an Engineering graduate from National Institute of Technology, Nagpur and also holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Nagpur University. He has organized various QA courses at Harper College, IL, USA.
Dan Venkatesan, CEO and President
Dan has over 14 years of business and technology experience in USA, UK and India. He moved back to India in early 2007 to oversee the Off-shore team and its delivery. Since then, he has successfully implemented On-site and Off-shore delivery model for development of over 40 Custom Web Applications using various Content Management System tools.
Prior to Ameex, he served for more than 3 years in Senior management roles in Product Marketing and Vertical Sales at Moneris Solutions, IL, USA (Joint Venture between Royal bank of Canada and Bank of Montreal) a leading Merchant Services provider in North America. During his stint at Moneris Solutions, he steered the US company from being a credit card services provider to transaction services provider by introducing various value-added products: web-based payroll, electronic check conversion, paper check, and gift card services and also was instrumental in offering various third-party e-commerce solutions (Authorize.Net, Paradata, Verisign, etc) and Web-based Payroll solutions to its US customers.

For over 5 yrs he served in various Senior Engineer roles at Motorola Inc at its global headquarters in Schaumburg, IL, USA. At Motorola, he championed expert blitz testing and also managed the test execution efforts for Two-Way radio automation system. He also had a brief stint with WorldTel Ltd, London, UK (A private equity firm focusing on financing and building telecommunications companies in emerging markets).
Dan holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, IL, USA and an MS in Engineering Science with specialization in Software Engineering from University of Toledo, Ohio, USA. Aditya has been with Ameex ever since it was established. Aditya has deep insight of the logical and functional representation of Web applications and managing other proprietary CMS like Ektron and Sharepoint. He is involved in all phases of a project lifecycle right from sending RFPs to project completion. He oversees gathering business requirements, writing Detail Design Specifications (DDS), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), project estimations, project schedule and project bidding interactions with clients.

Aditya has 5 years of professional experience in Microsoft technologies especially in .Net. Along the way he started handling proprietary CMS projects for Ameex and gained immense knowledge in Entertainment, Media, Magazine publishing, Human Resource domains. He manages teams, resource allocation and is actively involved in other company pre-sales activity. He has effectively brought various value added modules and offered e-commerce integration to the applications using Ektron and other online money transactions, knowledgeable in digital marketing technologies, reporting, custom user tracking, SEO techniques and application optimizations. Aditya is an Engineering Graduate from Andhra University, India.
James NT - Business Lead, Open Source Technologies
James hails from a strong Educational background and has served for clients in various countries like USA, UK, New Zealand, India and Singapore. He is responsible for all Technical and Project Management aspect of the CMS development team in Ameex. James is an expert in all CMS tools which includes WordPress, Joomla and Drupal. James is also involved in Search Engine Optimization process, Web Page load Optimization, Server and Domain Management.
