Analyzing user requirements and designing functional specifications; developing Ektron based applications using .NET, Ektron CMS, MFC and SQL Server; designing Intranet prototypes using XML, XSLT, CSS, ASP.NET, AJAX, PHP, Joomla CMS, Java, MIDP 2.0, SDK, Java Script and VB Script; migrating reports using MS Windows Reporting Services; designing networking solutions using SDK programming, C++ with MFC, C++ for COM/DCOM, API, ATL, ADO, VB.NET, C# and Java; developing and implementing test validations of the applications; modifying applications based upon test results; delivering Ektron CMS applications; and coordinating staging and production web servers.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Math with two year’s experience and two year’s experience in the IT field.

Special Requirements: Experience with .NET, Ektron CMS, SQL Server, PHP, Joomla CMS, Java, MIDP 2.0, SDK and MFC.

1. Should have 7-9 years in IT
2. Can architect test automation framework using QTP
3. Experience in Manual testing in Mercury Quality Center. (Creating Test cases, Test Plan, Test Data, Execute, Report Defects)
4. Well conversed with testing processes and methodology
5. Should have experience as a Module lead or project lead . Should be able to lead team and manage customer expectation independently. Should know estimation, small team handling etc
6. Basic knowledge on VB, Sybase DB, Shell Script, MS-Access etc .
7. Finance Securities functional knowledge (Forward contract is a plus but not must)
8. Good oral and written communication
9. Must be open to working in a onsite offshore model
10. Flexible in work style
